Position Title: Call Center Representatives

Location: 24-02 49th Ave Long Island City, NY 11101 (Onsite)

Duration: 6+ Month contract

Pay: $18/hr

Shift availability: Must be available for any shift from 6am to 12am, including:

• 6am-2pm
• 6:30am-2:30pm
• 7am-3pm
• 7:30am-3:30pm
• 8am-4pm
• 8:30am-4:30pm
• 9am-5pm
• 10am-6pm
• 12pm-8pm
• 1pm-9pm
• 2pm-10pm
• 4pm-12am

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a Customer Service environment
• Proficiency in phone and computer literacy for high-paced customer interactions
• Data entry experience with at least 25 WPM typing speed
• Open availability for shifts from 6am to 12am
