Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders while providing excellent service throughout the order lifecycle.
• Coordinate shipment releases with warehouse teams and trucking companies.
• Prepare shipping documentation including labels, barcodes, packing slips, and other paperwork.
• Monitor orders from shipment through delivery and communicate updates.
• Track inbound containers and coordinate with freight forwarders to minimize delays.
• Respond to calls and emails, address questions and resolve issues promptly.
• Research order, shipment, and product information to provide accurate responses.
• Support Sales Manager with customer accounts and ongoing service needs.
• Assist with additional administrative and operational projects as assigned by management.

This role is responsible for managing customer orders from order entry through final delivery, while coordinating closely with warehouses, carriers, and freight partners to ensure smooth and timely shipments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where multitasking and problem-solving are essential.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders while providing excellent customer service throughout the order lifecycle.
• Coordinate shipment releases with warehouse teams and work with trucking companies to schedule deliveries.
• Prepare shipping documentation including labels, barcodes, packing slips, and other required transportation paperwork.
• Monitor orders from shipment through customer delivery, proactively communicating updates as needed.
• Track inbound containers and coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure timely arrivals and minimize delays.
• Respond to incoming customer calls and emails, addressing questions and resolving issues promptly.
• Research order, shipment, and product information to provide accurate responses to customer inquiries.
• Support the Sales Manager by assisting with customer accounts and ongoing client service needs.
• Assist with additional administrative and operational projects as assigned by management.
