Oakworks Inc is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our New Freedom, PA team. You will handle orders, pricing, shipment details, and respond to customer requests with a upbeat, professional demeanor to support growth and retention.

The role offers a hybrid schedule after training, with five days per week routine and opportunities for advancement within our long‑standing health and wellness equipment company.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Associates Degree preferred with 5 years proven customer service experience, preferably in the medical/manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• Handle orders, pricing, and shipment details for customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Support account management and build strong customer relationships to drive business growth.
• Potential future role as primary contact for customer accounts and cross-functional collaboration.

Your ability to handle multiple tasks such as obtaining, placing and submitting orders, tabulating pricing and shipment details and handling all customer requests will add to the team’s success. Opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and support business growth through account management.
