Responsibilities

• Verifications-Process customer orders by verifying pricing and ensuring options arebuildable
• Assistwith problem solving incomplete orders so they can be processed
• Serve as a vendor liaison for process questions, special builds and general concerns
• Assist with training new vendors by scheduling welcome calls and acting as a homeoffice resource for questions or issues
• Process change and other notifications to assigned vendors
• Assist with accounts receivable tasks including collections
