We are seeking a billing associate with great customer service skills and a can-do attitude for a permanent positon in Murfreesboro. Qualified applicants will pay attention to detail, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to see the big picture when it comes to servicing clients and internal associates. Experience with billing in the manufacturing or transportation industry is required for this job. This position requires solid technical aptitude as well as a team player mindset, and has excellent potential for career growth.

salary: $44,000 - $46,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Creating daily or weekly invoices for each assigned customer by the deadline
• Becoming an expert on portfolio of accounts - having a full understanding of the details of each assigned account
• Providing follow-up and resolution to all unbilled orders on a weekly basis
• Completing Receivables Adjustments when errors occur
• Providing excellent customer service and communicating invoice issues with customers in a timely manner
