Job summary

Air Comfort Solutions OKC is hiring a customer service representative for an in-office position in Moore, OK. You will handle incoming and outgoing calls, schedule maintenance visits, and promote services while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years in customer service, strong communication, and the ability to sell over the phone. Compensation is $22.00–$25.00 per hour, with medical, prescription, dental, vision insurance, disability and life

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

• 2+ years of proven success in a customer service role

• Inbound and outbound call volume experience

• Comfortable with selling our services over the phone

• Exceptional communication/interpersonal skills

• Ability to exercise independent judgment and make appropriate decisions

• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks accurately

• Service Titan experience

• HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical experience

Compensation & Hours

• Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

• Days: Monday - Friday

• Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
