Lloyd Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Electrical is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Montpelier, VT team on a full-time, onsite basis. You will deliver world-class support and help customers schedule service while representing a friendly, professional brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of call center or customer service experience.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service and resolve inquiries.
• Schedule service calls and track customer information in the system.
• Communicate clearly under pressure and manage time effectively.

• Participate in after-hours call coverage as needed.

• 1–2 years of call center experience (preferred, not required) or other previous customer service experience.

• Previous experience working with business management software tools preferred.


• Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
