Job summary

CFS in Edina, MN is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to join our financial services team. In this role you’ll answer customer questions, resolve issues, and collaborate with internal teams to keep accounts running smoothly.

You’ll work Monday to Friday, 8:00/8:30 AM – 5:00, with a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office).

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of customer service experience, strong communication and problem‑solving skills, and comfort with numbers and detail.
