Aversan Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our valued customers. If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, we would love to hear from you!

Location: United States (Remote)

Pay: $17.76 - $26.76 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to our clients through various communication channels, such as phone, email, and live chat
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns, and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Proactively identify and anticipate customer needs in order to provide personalized and tailored solutions
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded
• Continuously strive to improve and enhance the overall customer experience
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education or related experience is an asset
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers of all levels
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software systems
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
