Surge in Memphis is seeking a reliable Customer Service Representative for a low-volume inbound call center. This full-time role offers a steady Monday–Friday schedule, 7am–4pm, and pay of $14.00 per hour plus experience-based increases.

You will handle a small number of calls, document details, follow scripts, and perform light administrative tasks in a calm, structured environment. English and Spanish bilingual candidates are preferred.
