• Efficient and accurate data collection and entry of customer orders.

• Work alongside sales reps in designing appropriate solutions based on clients' needs.
• Partner with sales reps in presenting the Rocket Value Proposition to customers.
• Prioritize and escalate customer needs and issues appropriately.
• Build long-term relationships with clients.
