Job summary

South Suburban Parks and Recreation is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at the Lone Tree Hub. The role handles inquiries in person, by phone, and via email, supporting daily facility operations and events.

Ideal candidates communicate well, manage multiple tasks, and provide friendly customer service. Shifts include daytime hours on weekdays and various hours on weekends, with a focus on events and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age for positions at an assigned facility.
• Current AED/CPR and First Aid certifications or the ability to obtain within sixty (60) days of employment.
• Spanish speaking a plus.
• Any combination equivalent to: work experience involving assisting the public, general record keeping and/or handling money.

Responsibilities

• Receive and answer inquiries from the public by telephone, email, or in person on District services/programs, rates, policies and procedures.
• Provide the highest standard of service to all guests during rentals and events; serve as the main contact during events.
• Ensure setup and takedown for events are done efficiently.
• Complete point of sale transactions, handle program registrations, group reservations, passes and admissions.
• Ensure facility rules and safety standards are followed.

Customer Service Representative Part-Time- Lone Tree Hub

$15.70 - $20.20 per hour

We’re searching for a polite and professional Customer ServiceRepresentative to provide superior customer service. Do you enjoyforming new relationships every day? This may be a great fit for you!The Customer Service Representative position involves a high degree ofpublic contact and ensures daily operations of the facility. Thisposition is responsible for receiving and answering inquiries from thepublic by telephone, via email, or in person on a wide range ofDistrict services/programs, rates, policies and procedures. CustomerService Representatives at the Lone Tree Hub are also expected toprovide the highest standard of service to all guests during rentalsand events, serving as the main point of contact during events.Additionally, they are responsible for ensuring that the set-up andtake down for events is done in an efficient manner. This position mayalso be responsible for completing point of sale transactions,handling program registrations, group reservations, passes andcollecting admissions. In addition, the Customer ServiceRepresentative will ensure that facility rules and safety standardsare followed.

The Lone Tree Hub operates on an "as needed" basis, meaningthat we are looking for people willing to work daytime hours onweekdays and day or night hours on weekends. Daytime hours could startas early as 8:00am, and night hours could go as late as midnight,depending on the event.
