Job summary

South Suburban Parks and Recreation is seeking a Lead Concessionaire to manage daily concession stand operations, including inventory, food prep, and sanitation in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate has at least one year of customer service and cash handling experience, with basic math skills and a working knowledge of POS systems.

Strong communication and health-safety awareness are essential for success.

As the Lead Concessionaire, you willbe responsible for the daily operations of the concession standincluding delegation of responsibilities within the food serviceoperation such as inventory, customer service, food preparation, andfood safety and sanitation procedures.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money andoperate a point-of-sale system.

Minimum Qualifications
