Job summary

Meritum Energy Holdings in Livingston, TX seeks a proactive Customer Service Representative to engage customers by phone, email, and in person, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns. You will be the liaison between customers and the company, helping ensure service, efficiency and safety.

If you have at least 2 years of experience in high-volume customer service, excellent communication, and computer skills, you will thrive in a team that values safety, service and stability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience in high-volume call settings preferred.
• Familiarity with propane industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries via phone, email, or in person and provide product information.
• Enter orders and maintain customer records accurately.
• Escalate complex issues to specialists as needed.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

The Customer Service Representative will interact with customers by proactively addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
