Job summary

Meritum Energy in Caldwell, TX is seeking a Propane (LP) Delivery Driver to provide propane deliveries to commercial and residential customers in a safe, efficient manner, with a focus on customer satisfaction and building a local business. Excellent communication and a positive attitude are essential.

You will perform pre- and post-trip inspections, maintain DOT logs, and ensure vehicle maintenance while upholding safety and service standards in every interaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CDL Class A with hazmat and tanker endorsements required.
• Must meet all DOT requirements.
• Ability to obtain TWIC card (Transportation Worker Identification Credential).
• No more than 1 moving violation in the previous 2 years.
• 3+ years tractor-trailer experience in propane and/or fuel distribution.
• 1+ years tanker experience within the last 5 years.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver propane to residential and commercial customers safely and efficiently.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and complete required records.
• Maintain and submit DOT logs and hours of service documentation.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance and report issues to supervisor.
• Uphold company safety and service standards in all interactions.
• Represent Meritum Energy professionally with customers.
