Wastequip is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Lithia Springs, GA to serve as the primary contact for customers of the Toter Plastics division. You will support orders, quotations, and communications with sales and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

The role requires high school diploma, 2–3 years in sales or customer service, and experience with ERP systems and MS Office; Spanish is a plus. First shift; competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries: quotes, orders, changes, warranty claims, status updates.
• Troubleshoot issues by reviewing history, researching information, coordinating with internal teams.
• Prepare accurate quotations using the quoting system per sales strategy.
• Maintain records for active orders and scheduling adjustments.
• Serve as main contact between customers and internal departments for projects.
• Obtain documentation for order entry; coordinate with production planning and transport.
• Provide accurate freight quotes; coordinate with transport and sales.
• Assist credit/accounting with orders, credit limits, holds.
• Resolve issues by addressing complaints and documenting in Salesforce.

**Job Description:**Wastequip is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to our Lithia Springs, GA team. The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in fostering positive customer relationships and ensuring seamless order management for the Toter Plastics division. Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, this role partners closely with the sales team to exceed customer expectations.
