Responsibilities
- Engage with clients via phone, email, and in person from project start to finish.
- Review purchase orders and upload them to start manufacturing, preventing delays.
- Attend client meetings and coordinate with internal teams to keep projects on track.
- Provide clients with order status updates and weekly reports to sales reps.
- Troubleshoot issues promptly and escalate when needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
