Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Lake Charles, LA to be a key contact for customers, ensuring their total satisfaction by entering orders, handling requests and delivering timely, professional support.

You will manage inbound and outbound calls and written correspondence, assist with product selection, pricing, expediting, billing and credits, and actively promote Graybar goods and services on every interaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience preferred
• Some customer service experience in a related electrical industry preferred
• Shift and Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders and requests.
• Provide support on product selection and application.
• Handle inbound calls and written correspondence professionally and timely.
• Coordinate order maintenance, pricing, expediting, billing, and credits/claims.
