Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Fort Worth, TX to be the main liaison for customers, ensuring total satisfaction. You will enter orders, handle requests, and provide timely, courteous support while actively promoting Graybar goods and services on inbound calls.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of experience, strong communication skills, and either a high school diploma or a two- to four-year degree.

• Assist with product selection, order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, and claims.
