MicroMetl Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our on-site Indianapolis team. You will be the primary contact for customers, resolving issues, answering questions, and delivering an exceptional experience.

The ideal candidate has 1-year certificate or 6–12 months of customer service experience, strong Excel and MS Office skills, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

We are seeking a customer-focused and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our on-site Indianapolis team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, helping to resolve issues, answer questions, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping others. Key Responsibilities of the role include: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and providing accurate information; Resolve customer concerns, process orders and account updates, and ensure timely issue resolution; Maintain accurate customer records and elevate complex matters when needed; Build positive customer relationships through professional communication and follow-up; Partner with internal teams to meet customer needs and achieve service and satisfaction goals; Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience; and Protect the confidentiality of customer and company information.

The successful candidate will possess: A one-year certificate from a college or technical school, or six to twelve months of customer service or related experience/training (an equivalent combination of education and experience/training will also be considered), previous customer service experience in manufacturing or related industry perferred; Proficiency in reading and interpreting documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals; Strong foundation in Microsoft Office applications, with a demonstrated proficiency in Excel; Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, sharp analytical abilities, and sound decision-making capabilities.

The general schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, daytime.
