Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for inbound and outbound calls, providing support and assistance with marketing duties for the marketing department.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Perform outbound call campaigns.
  2. Provide call backs and follow-up calls as needed.
  3. Update RAMS system as required.
  4. Respond to clients contacting RIM Call Center via inbound calls, email, or website.
  5. Transfer calls to licensed agents as needed.
  6. Follow customer service protocols and company policies.
  7. Adhere to call center workflows and desktop procedures.
  8. Maintain call center metrics as determined by management.
  9. Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Primary Skills & Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s Degree preferred.
  • Basic understanding of insurance and agent relationships.
  • Basic understanding of Medicare.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing and new business operations.
  • Call center experience preferred.
  • Basic insurance knowledge (Medicare) preferred.
  • Good computer and typing skills.
  • Ability to operate related computer applications and office equipment including email, copy machine, scanner, fax, and telephone.
