Air Mechanical is looking to add a full time Customer Service Representative to it's team located in Ham Lake, MN. Air Mechanical is a family owned and operated Residential & Commercial HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical company located in Ham Lake, MN and we have been serving the metro area and surrounding communities for over 40 years. Great team and fun environment!

This position will provide excellent customer service in a fun company culture! You will be tasked with taking inbound calls, answering customer questions and requests using different online tools. Your job is to answer and book calls, provide an excellent customer experience, and win the moment in every interaction. We provide ongoing training, coaching, and career development.
