Job summary

Aquarius Home Services is hiring HVAC technicians to diagnose, repair and maintain heating and cooling systems. You will service residential equipment while keeping a strong focus on customer service and safety. A valid HVAC license and refrigerant certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair heating and cooling equipment while delivering exceptional customer service.
• 2+ years of experience in HVAC with a focus on residential systems.
• Refrigerant certification and valid HVAC licenses per local requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and maintain safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting and repairs for heating and cooling equipment with professionalism.
• Carry out repairs or routine maintenance on HVAC systems in customers’ homes.
• Communicate clearly with customers, summarizing work performed and recommended solutions.
• Coordinate with team to meet customer needs and safety standards.

What you will be doing

• Perform diagnostics, trouble shooting and repairs for heating and cooling equipment while providing exceptional customer service, professionalism, and friendly demeanor.
• Perform repair or routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems
• Communicate with customers, presenting recap of work performed as well as other solutions that are in line with issues shared by the customer.
• HVAC License and or local certification requirements
• 2+ years experience , Refrigerant certification, Comp cards are a plus.

• Current and Valid Driver's license
• Acceptable driving history
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
