Job summary

Murray’s Collision Group in Gig Harbor, WA is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly, in-person face of our shop. You’ll greet customers, guide them from drop-off to pickup, and coordinate with our centralized team to keep everyone informed.

This role offers weekday hours, no weekend shifts, and benefits after 90 days including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) with a match, paid holidays and PTO.

• Friendly, upbeat, people-first personality.
• Experience in sales, retail, hospitality or service is a great fit; no collision experience needed.
• Calm and reassuring with stressed customers.
• Basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

Customer Service Representative | No Weekends | $21–$24/hr | Gig Harbor, WA

Fix Auto Gig Harbor is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the warm, in-person face of our shop. Customers usually walk in on a rough day, and you’ll be the one who turns it around, guiding them from drop-off to pickup with that natural “I’ve got you” energy. There’s no hard selling and no pushing add-ons. Our centralized team handles much of the paperwork and routine calls, so you can focus on the people in front of you.
