Job summary

Murray’s Collision Group in the Port Orchard area is seeking an experienced Location Manager to lead a shop with no weekend work and a competitive salary.

Manage daily production, keep vehicles moving, and build strong customer relationships while leveraging a centralized support team.

This role offers stability from an established region with Tesla-certified centers and a benefits package after 90 days.

What you’ll do

Lead the shop

• Serve as the on-site leader and decision-maker for the location
• Keep vehicles moving efficiently through the repair process
• Lead daily production meetings and keep repair plans on track
• Guide, support and hold your team accountable
• Keep the shop clean, safe and organized
• Travel between Murray’s locations as needed

Estimate

• Write accurate estimates, supplements and repair plans in CCC ONE using P-Pages
• Take part in DFR with technicians to capture all needed repairs
• Make sure repair plans meet DRP and insurance carrier guidelines
• Order parts and verify technicians pull the correct OEM repair procedures

Build customer relationships

• Partner with our on-site CSR and centralized customer service team to give every customer a great experience
• Explain the repair process, claims and timelines to customers in a way that puts them at ease
• Build lasting relationships with customers, adjusters, agents and partners
• Turn great service into repeat customers, referrals and positive reviews
• Support CSI and NPS goals

What we’re looking for

• Collision estimating experience
• Management experience, with the ability to lead a team of five or more
• CCC ONE experience preferred
• Knowledge of DRP guidelines
• Experience with both Tesla and non-Tesla vehicles preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills
• I-CAR training or industry certifications preferred
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated, organized and able to multitask in a busy shop
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record

Work environment

• Exposure to paint fumes, dust, chemicals and shop noise
• Conditions may vary with temperature and workload

Physical requirements

• Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel and squat for extended periods
• Able to inspect vehicles and move around the shop throughout the day
