Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive policy reviews to ensure customers have the right protection for their changing needs.

• Resolve customer questions and concerns with professionalism and care.
• Support customer retention by delivering an outstanding service experience.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen accounts through appropriate coverage recommendations and cross-selling when it benefits the client.
• Process policy transactions accurately and maintain organized customer records.
• Work closely with agency team members to ensure every customer receives exceptional service.
