Four Corners Veterinary Clinic is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role focuses on delivering an outstanding client experience, learning veterinary terminology, and supporting clinic workflows.
You will manage front-desk tasks, assist with patient records, and help explain treatment plans with empathy and clarity. A passion for animal care and strong communication skills are essential for success in this supportive environment.
At Four Corners Veterinary Clinic, we’re proud to be a privately owned and operated practice. Our independence allows us to create a workplace that prioritizes balance, respect, and long-term career satisfaction — because we know this field can be demanding, and we believe in building an environment where veterinary professionals can thrive for years to come.
We are currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. While the CSR position does not involve hands-on animal care, this role is essential to the client and patient experience. Team members in this position will learn a significant amount of veterinary terminology, clinic protocols, and basic medical concepts — so a passion for animal care and a desire to understand the veterinary field are important.
Our clinic provides high-quality, compassionate medicine with a thoughtful blend of conventional and alternative therapies. We take pride in thorough diagnostics, individualized care, and a collaborative approach across our entire team. Our CSRs play a central part in this by creating a smooth, supportive, and professional experience for clients from their very first interaction.
Four Corners is filled with dedicated animal lovers who work hard, laugh often, and support each other every day. We strive to maintain a relaxed and uplifting atmosphere where each team member can grow, contribute, and feel valued. Creating balance isn’t just something we talk about — it’s something we intentionally protect.
Full-time (4 days, 10-hour work week, Monday–Friday)
