• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must hold, or be willing to obtain, an active Property & Casualty license in their resident state.
• Must hold, or be willing to obtain, an active Life & Health license in their resident state.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
• Provide accurate information regarding insurance policies, claims, and coverage options.
• Process policy applications, renewals, and modifications.
• Assist clients in filing claims and follow up on the status.
• Maintain customer records and ensure accurate documentation.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.

As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients.
