Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to current and potential customers
• Identify customer needs, resolve issues, and provide solutions
• Escalate issues to supervisors when necessary
• Schedule and plan services and appointments
• Respond promptly to calls, texts, voicemails, and emails
• Assist management, technicians, and sales teams with daily requests
• Collect service payments and follow up on past‑due accounts
• Coordinate service schedules with field technicians

Candidate Requirements

• Previous customer service experience required
• Call center experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with CRM software preferred
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
• Ability to type at least 40+ WPMHigh School diploma or equivalent
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
• Must be eligible to legally work in the U.S.
