Job summary

Workstream is seeking a Dumpster Consultant in Fitchburg, MA to provide excellent customer service while consulting on dumpster sizes for various projects. The position involves answering calls and establishing rapport with customers, tracking sales, and following up on leads.

Ideal candidates will have a strong customer service background, excellent phone etiquette, and be very computer savvy. This is a Monday to Friday role with potential Saturday shifts, and it offers a friendly team environment.

Job Title: Dumpster Consultant

Job Description: At Bin There Dump That, we believe renting a dumpster should ALWAYS be a simple and friendly experience! Each experience almost always begins on the telephone. As such, the role of a Dumpster Consultant is to answer the phone with a smile, in a positive manner, while providing stellar customer service. The Dumpster Consultant consults with customers and estimates the appropriate dumpster size needed, based on the customer’s project and expectations. The Dumpster Consultant offers waste removal solutions, outlines the unique value of the service that Bin There Dump That provides, and works to establish a great rapport over the phone and build lasting customer relationships. The Dumpster Consultant tracks sales and close ratios and follows up on leads and estimates.

Terms of Employment: Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm and occasionally a Saturday 9am-1pm.

Location: Fitchburg, MA

Documentation Knowledge: CRM software, computer literacy
