Earthwise Environmental Solutions in Elizabeth, PA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers, handling calls, payments, and service questions to support daily waste management operations.

This on-site role requires a high school diploma, prior call center or customer service experience (healthcare experience is transferable), and proficiency with computer systems.

• Customer service experience in the medical field is highly transferable and encouraged.
• Comfortable using computer systems, phone systems, and office equipment.

Position Summary

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle incoming calls, take payments, answer questions about services, and assist with resolving service issues. This position plays a key role in providing a positive customer experience and supporting the daily operations of our waste management services.
