Role Description

The Customer Service Representative role at OneSource Sample is a full-time, on-site position based in Dalton, GA. In this role, the individual responds to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, providing accurate information about services, orders, and timelines. Daily responsibilities include processing orders, updating account information, tracking shipments, and coordinating with internal teams such as production, logistics, and sales to resolve issues.
