Position

Rogers Group is currently seeking candidates for our CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE position at our Quarry in Cord, Arkansas. The successful candidate will be a motivated, safety conscious individual with good multi-tasking skills in handling administrative duties. Must be able to perform processes in accordance with established procedures, requiring some judgement in the selection and interpretation of data. This candidate will be able to learn and operate our proprietary Truck Scale system.

Job Details

• Full Time
• Overtime is common, but not guaranteed
• Mon-Fri, typical hours 6:45am-4:15pm
• Must be flexible with schedule to accommodate customer needs
• Occasional Saturday required

Job Requirements

• Provide friendly, professional, and thorough customer service.

• Assist sales staff with customer service responsibilities.
• Promote team atmosphere at location and across the division.
• Properly follow all company policies OSHA/ MSHA / Environmental regulations for safe working procedures and environment.
• May be called upon at the discretion of Managers to perform other duties.

Qualifications

• An uncompromising focus on safety excellence.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience as Customer Service Representative/Dispatch is a plus.
• Previous experience with payroll is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy with the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
• Reliable attendance is a must.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen at any time.
• Must be able to provide documentation to prove identity and eligibility for authorization to work in the U.S.
