SB CLINICAL PRACTICE MANAGEMENT PLAN INC is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Commack, NY. The role involves scheduling patient appointments and providing excellent customer service while managing a high volume of calls. The position requires a High School Diploma and strong communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in a medical or call center setting is a plus. Full-time schedule includes Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Pay: $18.30 - $22.87
Summary: The incumbent under general supervision and according to established policies & procedures is responsible for accurately and efficiently answering and scheduling patient appointments. Requires a high-level problem solving and analytical skills with the highest ethical standards. The incumbent must be self-directed and self-motivated and able to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high level of productivity and accuracy.
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate with patients, staff and medical providers. The employee must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. This position is largely sedentary and requires the employee to remain stationary for a majority of the day. Any additional physical demands will be outlined and provided by management.
