Job summary

PFS - Professional Financial Services in Cleveland, OH is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative. You will assist customers with their automobile financing needs, working both over the phone and in person.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and/or collections experience.
• A valid state driver's license with an acceptable driver’s record.
• Access to a reliable automobile for work use.

• Provide outstanding customer service and problem resolution.
• Perform collection activities on delinquent accounts.
• Assist with insurance verifications.
• Perform Welcome Calls.
• Act as backup to receive loan payments and fund loans.
• Perform Skip Tracking and other locate activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and problem resolution
• Perform collection activities on delinquent accounts
• Assist with insurance verifications
• Perform Welcome Calls
• Act as back up to our Administrative Assistant to receive loan payments and fund loans
• Perform Skip Tracking and other locate activities
