Taylor Promotional Products, formerly Amsterdam Printing, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the Amsterdam, NY team. In this role you will ensure customers are well taken care of and the company is well represented, handling inquiries, orders and issues with a courteous manner.

The position is on-site in Amsterdam, NY, with a first shift from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. The anticipated hourly wage is $16, with pay determined by qualifications and location.

Taylor Promotional Products, formerly known as Amsterdam Printing, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Amsterdam, NY! In this position, you will play an important role in ensuring our customers are taken care of and our company is well represented!

Work Authorization:

Your Responsibilities

• Answer telephone call inquiries and promote our products.


• Assist customers with placement of orders.


• Resolve customer issues via phone, email or chat.


• Represent the company and its products in a courteous and professional manner.

Your Shift

• 1st shift; Monday - Friday from 8:30a- 5:00p EST


• Based onsite at 166 Wallins Corners Road, Amsterdam, NY

You Must Have

• High School diploma and 1+ years of experience preferred

The anticipated hourly wage for this position is $16. The actual wage offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
