Job summary

Taylor Corporation’s ComplyRight division seeks an Inbound Customer Service Representative in Pompano Beach, FL. The role handles customer inquiries via phone, email, and web tickets, building product knowledge and guiding orders with accurate data entry and professional service.

The position supports Direct and Reseller CS calls, with a 1st shift schedule and in-office time midweek in a hybrid setup. Daily Pay is available for employees, subject to eligibility.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service related field.
• Strong communication, multi-tasking, attention to detail, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer and data-entry skills; experience using the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
• Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment.
• Ability to remain professional and empathetic when handling customer concerns.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime, weekends, or holidays, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Support both our Direct and Reseller Customer Service call centers.

ComplyRight, a division of Taylor Corporation, is looking for an Inbound Customer Service Representative to join their team in Pompano Beach, FL!

Work Authorization

Your Responsibilities

• Assist customers regarding new and existing orders via telephone, email and web tickets

Your Shift

1st shift; Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5pm. Some Saturday's and overtime scheduled during peak season.

This will be a hybrid role based in Pompano Beach, FL - in‑office time will be on Wednesday's and Thursday's.

You Must Have

• A high school diploma or GED


• 1+ years of experience in a customer service related field


• Strong communication, multi-tasking, attention to detail, problem-solving, and decision-making skills


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Proficient computer and data-entry skills; experience using the Microsoft Office Suite

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $18-$20. The actual wage offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
