Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service experience with a track record of showing up, following through, and staying professional when things get tense.
• Familiarity with review and social platforms (Google, Facebook, Yelp, Nextdoor) - or the willingness to learn.
• Sharp written and verbal communication - tone and clarity matter.
• Ability to multitask, think critically, and adapt when the day changes.
• Typing proficiency of at least 30 WPM.
• A team-first mindset and willingness to cover for others.
• Availability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.

What You’ll Do

• Be the first voice customers hear. Field calls and messages about service, scheduling, billing, and everything in between - with warmth and zero runaround.
• Solve, don't deflect. Dig into what the customer actually needs, coordinate the right follow-up, and stay with it until it's resolved.
• Hold the standard. Manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving day without letting the personal touch slip.
• Share in reputation management. Everyone on the team helps respond to customer reviews and social comments. It won't be your whole day, but when it's your turn you'll be representing Four Seasons publicly - and we'll train you to do it well.

What You Bring

• Customer service experience with a track record of showing up, following through, and staying professional when things get tense.
