Licensed Plumber at Four Seasons Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric

Location: Bridgeview, IL | Hobart, IN | Elgin, IL

What You’ll Do

• Run an average of 4-5 residential service calls per day
• Accurately diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems
• Present professional, customized solutions aligned with customer needs
• Deliver a First‑Time Fix approach using proven systems, quality tools, and training
• Provide consistent 5‑star customer service
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle

Compensation

On‑target earnings up to $150,000+ annually. Overtime available after 40 hours per week. Bi‑weekly paychecks. Commission and bonus opportunities available in addition to regular pay.
