Molly Maid of Oak Park and the Midwestern Suburbs is seeking a reliable Customer Service Representative to support our office team in Chicago. The CSR will handle calls, emails, and messages, schedule services and estimates, and perform in-home estimates with a focus on accurate pricing and outstanding customer care.

The ideal candidate communicates well, is organized, and comfortable engaging with customers and field teams.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone and interacting with customers in person.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer skills (email, scheduling software, data entry).
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages in a friendly and professional manner.
• Schedule cleaning services and in-home estimates for new and existing customers.
• Perform in-home estimates, accurately assessing customer needs and service pricing.
• Conduct quality checks on completed cleanings to ensure company standards are met.
• Follow up with customers to address questions, feedback, or concerns.
• Coordinate schedules between customers and cleaning teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records and service notes in scheduling software.
• Assist with administrative tasks and office support.
• Help grow and retain customers by delivering exceptional service and solutions.
• Work hours 7am to 3:30pm (with 30 minutes lunch break)
