Job summary

The Dixon Group in Chestertown, MD is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the voice of Dixon, assisting customers, processing orders, and handling invoicing with accuracy. This role emphasizes professionalism, problem-solving, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2-3 years of customer service or administrative support preferred, but not required.

• Attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting.

Pay Range: $18.00 - $21.00/hourly
