The Dixon Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Twinsburg, OH to be the voice of Dixon, helping customers find solutions, placing orders, and ensuring quality interactions. This full-time role offers opportunities for growth and on-the-job training.

Requirements include an associate’s or bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years in customer services or related roles. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study.
• 2-3 years of experience in Customer Services, Inside Sales, or Administrative Support is preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support both internal and external customers with professionalism and care.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle invoicing and accounts receivable functions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product or service concerns.
• Collaborate with team members on special projects and continuous improvements.
• Coordinate customer orders and product shipments.

Work Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Pay Range: $22.00 to $25.00/hourly
