The Dixon Group in Twinsburg, OH is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be the voice of Dixon, assisting customers, processing orders, and handling invoicing with a focus on accuracy and timely communication.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Customer Services, Inside Sales, or Administrative Support preferred.

• Positive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

Customer Service Representative
Location: 1900 Enterprise Parkway, Twinsburg, OH 44087
Work Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Pay Range: $22.00 to $25.00/hourly
