Job summary

BP Environmental Services, LLC is a nationwide leader in waste, recycling, construction equipment rentals, and commercial cleaning services. This role handles inbound calls and emails, facilitates onboarding for new construction rental accounts, and updates or cancels services for existing clients.

You will resolve customer issues, coordinate with operations, and ensure timely communication and accurate data entry across accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience handling inbound calls and emails from customers.
• Ability to onboard new construction rental accounts.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound telephone calls and emails from customers, vendors, and sales.
• Facilitate onboarding for new construction rental accounts.
• Add, update, and cancel services for existing commercial customers.
• Resolve customer and vendor issues promptly and creatively.
• Verify daily schedule items are completed.
• Identify and escalate priority issues.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes with management.
• Work closely with operations and other departments.
• Serve as daily point of contact during office hours for predefined accounts.
• Collaborate with management and prior reps on resigns or contract increases.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound telephone calls and emails from our customers, vendors, and sales.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new construction rental accounts.
• Add, update, and cancel services for our existing commercial customer base.
• Resolve customer and vendor issues in a timely manner by thinking outside the box.
• Validate all items on the daily schedule have been completed.
• Identify and escalates priority issues.
• Work with the management to stay updated on product knowledge and changes in company policies.
• Work closely with your counterparts within operations and other departments.
• Daily point of contact (during office hours) for a book of predetermined accounts.
• Work in tandem with management and previous reps to secure resigns or inform customers of contractual increases.
