Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative at the Washington location. You will build customer relationships, provide solutions, and deliver legendary service using our world-class technology.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle inquiries using world-class technology.
• Be a product and solutions expert and answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly.
• Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
