Uline in Kenosha, WI is seeking a Customer Service Representative to build relationships, provide solutions and deliver legendary service. This on-site role offers hands-on training and opportunities for growth within a family-owned company.

You will handle orders via phone, email and chat, answer product and pricing questions, and help customers navigate our website. Competitive pay and excellent benefits are provided from day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
