Job summary

Uline in Braselton, GA is seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative to build customer relationships and deliver legendary service. You’ll process orders, answer questions on product, pricing, and shipping, and help customers navigate our website using on-site tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluent in both verbal and written forms.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided.
