Uline, a family-owned company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Washington to build customer relationships, provide solutions, and deliver legendary service in an on-site environment. You will handle orders, answer questions, and support customers across phone, email, and chat.

Qualifications

• Be a product and solutions expert and answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
• Build business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat.

• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
