Regency Management Services is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to join Ashley Furniture in Columbia, MD. You will support customers in person and by phone, process orders, handle payments, and coordinate deliveries while ensuring accuracy and a positive experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent verbal and listening skills.
• Strong computer skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong cash-handling and basic math skills.
• Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions and percentages.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.

Responsabilités

• Enter customer orders accurately into the company system.
• Process customer payments and ensure transactions are applied to accounts.
• Handle cash and other forms of payment in accordance with company policies.
• Prepare daily deposits following company procedures.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer questions professionally.
• Schedule customer deliveries accurately and conveniently.
• Maintain open orders and communicate updates to customers.
• Research and resolve customer questions with professionalism and empathy.

Customer Service Representative – Ashley FurnitureFull-Time Career OpportunityAbout the RoleWe are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Ashley Furniture team.In this role, you’ll be an important part of the customer experience, supporting customers both in person and over the phone while helping ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
