Job summary

Regency Management Services, on behalf of Ashley Furniture, seeks a Customer Service Representative in New Jersey for full-time work. You’ll support customers in person and over the phone, ensuring orders and deliveries move smoothly from purchase to delivery.

You will handle payments, assist with showroom operations, and work with sales and the office team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role may require lifting and standing as part of retail duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and listening abilities.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders accurately into the company system.
• Process customer payments and apply to the proper accounts.
• Handle cash and other forms of payment per policies.
• Prepare daily deposits following procedures.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to questions professionally.
• Schedule customer deliveries accurately and conveniently.
• Maintain open orders and communicate updates to customers.
• Research and resolve questions or concerns with professionalism.
• Complete daily reports and required office tasks.
• Support showroom operations, including displays and tagging.
• Collaborate with sales and office teams to ensure a stellar customer experience.
• Assist the Office Manager with additional responsibilities as needed.
